Modification of Time Attribute Certificate - Released May 20, 2008

The Chronotrust Time Service by Seiko Instruments Inc. (Time Authority), which PFU TimeStamp Service has adopted, will modify Time Attribute Certificate on May 26, 2008. For more information, refer to Seiko Instruments Inc.'s web site (Japanese). Nothing is required to do in customer's side before or after this modification. You can enjoy the same PFU TimeStamp Service with your current computer environment as it has been. PFU TimeStamp Tokens, which PFU TimeStamp Service has already issued, sustain the credibility. Therefore, you can use them to claim "proof of existence" or "proof of completeness" on your digital data or document.
