To cope with insertion of a leap second

reported by NICT (National Institute of Information and Communications Technology) on September 12th, the TimeStamp Service system will suspend.
And for improving the reliability and security more, we will perform a maintenance.
The TimeStamp Service will be suspended during the following period on the basis of Time-Stamping Service Practice Statement (TPS) 4.5.1(2).
We are sorry for the inconvenience during the suspended period, and also appreciate your understanding.
 TimeStamp Service down time: January 1, 2009, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (JST)
* Time Stamps cannot be issued and the repository (TSA Certificate Revocation List (CRL), Intermediate Certificate,TPS) cannot be
referred to during the period above.
